1. the elderly woman who came up to me in the grocery store as my 2 year old was singing ‘you are my sunshine’ and said “I know they’re a handful at this age, but what I wouldn’t give to have a little voice sing to me like that”

3. being a stay at home mother is blessing upon blessing
4. the utter joy on my daughter’s face making apple prints for the first time
5. justice, when it happens in little ways in the world gives me hope
6. finding real uggs shoes at the thrift store for just ten bucks!
7. a cousin passing along free passes to the county fair this weekend… apple fritters here I come!
8. my husband, and his creativity, strength and selfless dedication to all things, but in particular to our faith, the Baha’i Faith
9. my mother, sending me grace at table prayers so I can make a blessing bowl for our mealtimes
10. rain all day and more tomorrow. i love the sound of it, the coolness and the strong wind. i can’t help but think of the winds of change. so good.
