Domestic Friday

1. I can still thread an needle.
2. My washing machine and dryer work great! No more going to the laundrymat.
3. I enjoy ironing.
4. I did a barter with a friend. She cleaned my house!!
5. My husband put the trash and recycling out.
6. It’s a beautiful day for doing yardwork.
7. My daughter emptied the dishwasher without being asked!
8. I’m going to do some sewing projects today.
9. The cats are thanking me for cleaning out the litterbox.
10. Thank goodness I had a nine volt in the drawer so I could change the battery in the smoke detector and stop that infernal chirping!

Start the Week Right

1. getting up when the alarm goes off the first time 2. to feed the cats who’s bowl is empty 3. and read my bible to get some good thoughts in my head 4. and do my receipts entries for items I purchased over the weekend 5. Make a list of things to do today 6. take a ride on the bike as soon as the sun comes up 7. stop off at Starbucks to visit my friend Amanda 8. call mom 9. make jewelry for a fundraiser 10. pick out my next book to read because I finally finished Angela’s Ashes yesterday somewhere between the hammock, the couch, the bed and the back patio.
