- Shambhala. What an amazing lineage.
- Coming to the center and feeling like home, even though we didn’t know anyone. It’s enough to feel that we’re coming together under the same vision.
- Susan Piver. I’m so glad we had the chance to see her teaching! She was so clear and strong, her words went straight into my heart.
- All other great teachers I’ve met so far. I can’t put it into words, how inspiring it is to be close to their joy and wisdom and open heart. Thank you Karl, Sophie, Sarah, Will, Matthias…
- The Buddhist teachings. Yesterday I was again reminded of how beautifully simple, profound, symmetrical and all-encompassing they are.
- I have to share this one: “Five ways to raise confidence”. Clean up your room. Wear nice clothes. Eat decent food. Surround yourself with people who give you energy. Walk in nature. – I mean, how fantastic is this? So simple, so true.
- The Buddhist Youth Festival, that opened all those experiences up for me three years again. And in less than a month I’m going there again, for the forth time!
- Making new friends by opening up my heart and expressing the genuine enthusiasm I was feeling yesterday.
- Sharing a spiritual practice with my boyfriend. It’s such a gift that we can go through this process hand in hand.
- Joy. Usually, my Novembers a filled with an underlying sense of numb, depressed emptiness. The last days/weeks however I smile a lot, just like that, without any reason. Joy is everywhere: in music, in snowflakes, in a candle, in doing groceries. I’m so grateful for this.
