Cafe Gratitude
1. Gratitude
2. The science of being thankful
3. The way your brain actually changes when you practice gratitude
4. My life, post-gratitude- I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world
5. The way you can’t “fake” gratitude like you can so many other things. You’re either being grateful and appreciating, or you’re not
6. The way your whole body cries out in pain when you’re not being grateful (this is an excellent alert system!)
7. How easy and quick it is to switch gears. “Oh, oh. That’s not gratitude I’m practicing, that’s something else. I’m so grateful I can see the difference…”
8. Being around grateful, present people who guide me by example to dip deeper and deeper into this moment
9. Simply being around grateful people
